Friends since their youngest childhood and curious about musical legends of Ibiza, they decide in 1999 to make their pilgrimage on the techno island. Marked by the before parties and the powerfull evenings, they are made the promise around a glass in Café del Mar to take up one day their duet.
2007 saw the first artistic meeting between Désirée Paris and Lady Jo and a first dub track entitled “Affirmatif”. In 2011 Soulmate is born in tribute to their friendship with the realization of three titles; Moom Bow, Moon Ray and The Meeting on Inkfish Recordings. Désirée Paris previous outings as Chronophone on Inkfish Recordings have been hammering down support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, so check this out for a Detroit flirting EP with the signs of melodic dub techno.
